In return for your financial sponsorship, we are prepared to provide the following to show our appreciation to 

you and/or your group, organization, or business:

Sponsorship of up to $99:

thank-you letter from a band member

thank-you “shout out” on band social media platforms

acknowledgement in the THS BAND spring concert event program

Sponsorship of $100-$499

all of the above plus

1/4 page advertisement in the THS BAND spring concert event program

Acknowledgement/logo on www.tupelobands.com sponsor page for one calendar year

Sponsorship of $500 - $999:

All of the above plus

1/2 page advertisement in the THS BAND spring concert event program

Acknowledgement/logo on www.tupelobands.com home page for one calendar year

Video Board ad at Tupelo Community Band Night (1500+ in attendance)

PA announcement at Tupelo Community Band Night

PA announcement at four Tupelo football game halftime band performances

Sponsorship of $1,000 - $3,999:

All of the above plus

Full page advertisement in the THS BAND spring concert event program

PA recognition as a “presenting sponsor” before and after four Tupelo football game halftime band performances

Video Board ad at MHSAA Marching Band Contest (5500+ in attendance)

Link to your business website/online store/etc. from www.tupelobands.com for one calendar year 

Sponsorship of $4,000 - $9,999:

All of the above plus

One 15-minute small group band performance at your company’s event/function (within 60 miles of Tupelo)

Signage / Logo displayed on band equipment trailers for one calendar year

Sponsorship of $10,000 - $25,000:

All of the above plus

One 15-minute Full Band performance at your company’s event/function (within 60 miles of Tupelo)

Special benefits can be discussed for sponsorships in excess of $25,000.
