JOB ASSIGNMENTS and SCHEDULES are posted next to the QR CODES in the band hall

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

all workers check in at the WOOD FLOOR GYM

get your wristband and your meal ticket

then report to your station and check in with the adult in charge 

CONCESSIONS

fill orders that are called out by cashiers

stock concession stand from the refrigerator trailer (adult leader will explain this)

TRAFFIC SIGNAL

direct traffic towards stadium

when Freshman Lot fills up, direct traffic up to the PAC

all BUSES and EQUIPMENT TRUCK go to the stadium no matter what

PAC LOT ENTRANCE

direct traffic towards stadium

when Freshman Lot fills up, direct traffic into the PAC Lot

all BUSES and EQUIPMENT TRUCK go to the stadium no matter what

PAC LOT SIDEWALK

direct spectator foot traffic down the sidewalk towards the PAC

no spectators walk through the interior of campus

PAC - ATTENDANCE / J LOT / CAFTERIA

direct spectators to the stadium along the following route:

between PAC and attendance to J Lot

through J Lot to Cafeteria Courtyard

through Cafeteria Courtyard to Cafteria Steps

to the Visitor Ticket Gate

TRAFFIC BARRICADE

help the adult in charge move the barricade for buses and equipment trucks to enter and exit the stadium lot

no "private vehicles" pass the barricade unless they have a handicapped tag

STADIUM LOT

help the adult in charge park buses and trucks in the lot

ENTRANCE TO DOME LOT

block access to the dome lot on the far side of the dome

parking in the dome lot for volunteers, staff,  judges, and handicapped

WATER STATION

make sure that the water table is stocked for each band that comes through

refill coolers as needed

keep the water station area clean

TRACK

be available on the track to handle needs as communicated by Mr. Knox / Mr. Thrasher

assist bands with set up / take down if requested

know the location of the electrical breaker

SHOUT OUT

QUICKLY take completed shout out forms to the press box

SCANNER

use the iPad to scan tickets for admission

tell wristband worker how many and what color wristbands are needed

WRISTBANDS

provide wristbands to the scanner as requested

CHECKER

check to make sure all spectators have wristbands

alert security if someone tries to enter without a wristband

WOOD GYM

be available in the wood gym to handle any needs as communicated by Ms. Witherspoon / Mrs. Autry / Band Directors
